City Park Rules and Regulations

(Rules and regulations apply to every Natchez Recreation Department City Park)

Park Open Hours

	Duncan Park:                       7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m
	North Natchez Park:              7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
	Concord Avenue Park:            Daylight to Dark
	Osceola Park:                       Daylight to Dark
	Jack Waite Park:                   Daylight to Dark
	Wall Street Park:                  Daylight to Dark
	Martin Gym:                         Open during Programs & Rental

1. Hours of Operation. No person shall occupy or go upon park grounds after specified hours unless confirmed by the Recreation Director.
2. Loud Noise Ordinance in effect in all parks. No Profanity allowed in Parks.
3. Vehicle parking in designated parking areas only.
4. No hard liquor or wine consumption allowed in the parks.
5. No beer consumption allowed in the city parks except in the designated areas of the Duncan Park Golf Course and Tennis Courts.
6. No open fires allowed except in barbecue grills.
7. No reservation system in place for picnic areas or open air pavilions. First come first serve system.
8. No Loitering allowed in the Duncan Park Pool Parking Lot.
9. Day time open play allowed on the Duncan Park Youth Baseball Fields except during the May - July Season.
10. Rental of Duncan Park Canteen coordinated through the Junior Auxillary.
11. All user fees in Duncan Park facilities, Recreation Programs, and rental facilities must be paid in advance before playing on the golf course, the tennis courts, the swimming pool, the Martin gym, or program areas.
12. The Martin Gym, the North Natchez Park Youth Center, and the Duncan Park  Swimming Pool may be rented as outlined in the Recreation Department Rental Policies.
